To be honest, I have never really been a big beach person during the fall, but after my weekend getaway I have a new found love ❤️

Mark and I had the most relaxing weekend in Bethany Beach, Delaware! Bethany Beach is a small, quiet coastal town that is quaint and family-oriented!

I loved the main strip because it is walkable with cute boutiques and restaurants! There is also a wide boardwalk that runs for about a mile and the beach is super clean!!! Perfect spot for a fun-filled, calm day!!

I would have to say what is most inviting about Bethany Beach is how friendly and kind the people are!

Now for the perfect place to stay: The Addy Sea!!

The Addy Sea is a historic inn with 13 rooms and a victorian charm.  The grounds are absolutely stunning and the inside is just as magical! Let’s not forget that the Addy Sea is beachfront!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by a staff member, who was very enthusiastic and accommodating! She gave us a tour of the B & B and then walked us to our gorgeous room!

Amenities:

The Addy Sea has everything right at your fingertips!!  If you are going to the beach they have beach towels, chairs, etc., and when you return they have outside showers to clean off.  

On the grounds they have many areas to lounge.  One of my favorite moments while at the Addy Sea was at night, Mark and I, enjoyed the rocking chairs on the wrap around porch while listening to the sound of the ocean.  It was so relaxing!!

Included in your stay are breakfast daily and afternoon tea time!! I must say breakfast was delicious!!! Other items of interest are free wifi, parking, soft drinks, water, and snacks.

Another added benefit, there are several beaches in either direction to visit!!!
